“The neurally divergent will disproportionately shape America's future.”
Alex Karp, CEO, Palantir Technologies — statement posted by @PalantirTech, 7 December 2025, announcing the company's Neurodivergent Fellowship.

It started with a video. Karp on stage at the DealBook Summit, unable to keep still in his chair. Millions of people watched it.

Days later Palantir opened a recruitment pathway for anyone who recognised themselves in it — unable to sit still, or thinking faster than they can speak. The posting said plainly that it was not a diversity initiative. Final-round interviews with Karp himself.

One of the most valuable software companies in America now treats thinking differently as a qualification. That is where this token starts.

Embrace it, like Palantir

They said it on their own account, under their own name, with nothing to sell you. Everything on this page follows from that.

Two ways to know you have a future

Speaking on TBPN in March 2026, Karp compressed the entire labour market into a single binary. Machines take the middle. What survives sits at either end.

BRANCH A

Vocational training

Electricians, plumbers, the trades. Hard to automate, increasingly scarce, and in demand as the data centres go up. A safe answer. A crowded one.

BRANCH B

You're neurodivergent

The mind that refuses the obvious answer. Karp's argument is not about the diagnosis — it's about the mindset it forces: be more of an artist, come at things from a different direction, build something nobody asked for.

The plate

Four minds the artwork invokes. Not a claim of kinship — a record of what each of them has said, on record, about thinking differently.

Composite plate of Nikola Tesla, Elon Musk, Alex Karp and Albert Einstein with wireframe cortex and orbital diagrams.
Nikola Tesla

Described his inventions as arriving fully formed as vivid mental images long before he built anything.

Elon Musk

Has publicly credited being on the autism spectrum as a driving force behind how he works.

Alex Karp

Called dyslexia the formative moment of his life — the reason he could never learn the conventional way.

Albert Einstein

Reached relativity through a thought experiment about riding a beam of light, not through calculation.
